Ariel Soto Del Valle brings a perspective to property inspections that goes well beyond identifying defects. With a career background in mechanical engineering and professional licenses in home inspection, real estate, and mold assessment, he evaluates properties from both the technical and transactional sides of the deal.
His engineering background provides a deeper understanding of building systems, mechanical components, materials, failure modes, and how problems develop. Just as importantly, his experience as a licensed Realtor gives him firsthand knowledge of how inspection findings can affect negotiations and, in some cases, determine whether a transaction moves forward.
Ariel understands that the way an issue is explained can be just as important as the issue itself. The goal is never to minimize a legitimate defect, but to present findings accurately, clearly, and in proper context so clients understand the difference between a serious concern, a maintenance item, and a condition that can be reasonably addressed.
